After the WTUC Summer Youth Campers sowed buckwheat for soba noodles back in late July, it’s time for harvesting! On October 3-4, the WTUC Youth will make a trip back to Lake Nojiri to harvest and to taste the freshly processed soba noodles! Space is limited! Register by emailing youth@wtuc.net!
