Dear WTUC Family,
I apologize for the delay in sending out the Letter to the Congregation. Because of illnesses in my family, we will be changing our service to an online service for November 1, 2026. I know that many of you were looking forward to seeing each other in person along with having communion, and I apologize that this will not be the case. However, that gives us an even bigger reason for us to get ready for our in-person gathering on November 15 when we have our Thanksgiving Potluck. Our scheduled baptism and member induction ceremony will also be moved to November 15. I look forward to seeing you online tomorrow as we finish up our series “We Three Kings”. You can get the updated details on our calendar page here.
Please also note that we will have our first session of the monthly online youth Bible study Sunday night beginning at 8 p.m. Pastor Jordan will be leading this year-long series on the Fruit of the Spirit. We are hoping that youth from all different congregations, including those within the Union Church Network, will join us. You can get the link and details here.
If you are planning to attend the Thanksgiving Potluck celebration, we need to know what you will be bringing to the special lunch. Please plan on letting us know after the online service tomorrow, or you can contact Ann Tang to let her know of your plans.
Again, I apologize for the disruption in your plans for Sunday, and I look forward to seeing you online for the service at 11:00 a.m. Thank you for your understanding.
Blessings,
Jonathan
