The voices of our young ones

Dear WTUC Family,

I hope that you had a wonderful week. It’s already November, and in just a few weeks, we’ll be in the season of Advent! But before we get there, we have a couple of important moments in the life of our church!

Coming up Sunday, we have a special opportunity to hear from our youth as they reflect on this past summer’s youth camp. With the leadership of Ann Tang and Luyi Chen, we were able to hold this special event over the summer, and now our congregation has an opportunity to hear about what they experienced. Please come join us for our online service this Sunday at 11:00 a.m. via Zoom. You can see the details on our calendar page.

Then the following Sunday, we have our annual Thanksgiving celebration! We will gather in person for our service on Sunday, November 16, and then we will go off-site for our fellowship hour. If you plan on joining us, the dessert portion of our fellowship will be potluck-style. Consider what you would like to bring and let Ann Tang know by emailing her at membership@wtuc.net. We are looking forward to gathering and celebrating God’s faithfulness with much thanks! We will also have an opportunity to discuss about where the Lord is leading West Tokyo Union Church during this time of gathering.
