Supporting Our Youth
Dear WTUC Family,
I hope that you are having a wonderful week. With the much cooler temperatures, I really am starting to feel like autumn is here to stay. It certainly puts me in the mood for the fall season (as much as I really love summer!).
I am happy to share that with the leadership of Ann Tang and Luyi Chen, a new season for our youth at WTUC is taking off. Back during the summer, we had a wonderful retreat that took place at Lake Nojiri. Then starting in September, we have held weekly online Bible studies with a monthly gathering - the first which took place last Saturday! We are praying that this is an excellent opportunity for our youth to find community and growth in their walk with Christ. You can help us in a few ways:
Pray that the Lord will use this youth program to help develop the lives of our future generation of leaders.
If you are able to volunteer and assist in our events, please contact Ann Tang at membership@wtuc.net for more information!
Get the word out regarding the WTUC Youth Program! We are currently working to develop a web page for them, but in the meantime, if you could share the following invitation card with people you know, it would be a great opportunity to introduce others to the Bible study and our monthly gatherings.

Speaking of gatherings, we will be meeting in person this coming Sunday in Room 105 on the campus of Japan Lutheran College and Theological Seminary beginning at 11:00 a.m. We will be observing the Lord’s Supper during the service. Please come join us and stay for a time of fellowship in the cafeteria. If you could bring some finger food or a snack, that would be helpful! Learn more on our calendar page!
I look forward to seeing you on Sunday! Have a wonderful rest of the week.
Blessings,
Jonathan
